The main advantage of Ultrasonic technology in chemical application is the simple fact that Ultrasonic sound waves increase chemical penetration multiple times over, without having to increase the concentration of chemicals or increasing the total process time.
The same technology that helps water penetrate to wash fabrics also increases chemical penetration, for standard as well as technical textiles alike.
Compared to conventional systems that simply dip the fabric in the required chemical bath, our Ultrasonic technology ensures maximum chemical penetration such that every fibre within the fabric interacts with the chemical.
Not only is this inherently more efficient, it also reduces process time, requires significantly lower quantity of the chemical bath and results are achieved at a significantly lower temperature.
